Thanks to Benny’s friends

Many thanks to all you wonderful people that were so friendly to Benny,  offering him treats, or simply just acknowledging him by saying a few kind words. 

Those of you who knew him a little better recognized certainly that Benny was not the most affectionate and animated dog, for he never jumped up at people or licked their face (which we really liked about him). Instead, he showed it in a more subtle and cool way, well behaved, and never aggressive. For this reason I suppose they advertised him to us as “The Little Gentleman“, a very fitting description as we found out soon after we adopted him.

We want to give our special thanks to a few people that did a lot for our little boy:

Liz who walked Benny occasionally when neither of us had the chance. THANK YOU!

Rich who gave us so much valuable expert advice throughout the years, up to the very end.  THANK YOU!

Dr Shanan who helped Benny to leave this earth peaceful in the arms of his masters, in his favorite settling in spot at our home. THANK YOU!

Dr Miller (from Uptown Animal Hospital) who never gave up on him.  THANK YOU!

The Andersons who allowed us to bring Benny with us when we would visit them. THANK YOU!

Aunt Joyce who always had a piece of Turkey waiting for him on Thanksgiving. THANK YOU!

And everyone else who interacted with Benny by saying a few kind words, handing him a treat, or petting him on the head.
